If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original Loveramics boxes and secure them within a shipping carton with adequate padding.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
